1. Data Controller
The data controller is Business Integration Partners S.p.A. (P.IVA IT03976470967), Piazza San Babila 5, 20122 Milano, reachable at dpo@bip-group.com. 2. What Data We Collect
The White Paper form collects first name, last name, email, and affiliation. With each request we store that you accepted this notice, its version, and the date and time.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
The only purpose is: Send the requested Agentic Cities white paper by email. We do not use the data for newsletters, profiling, or screening. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing.
4. Data Retention
Each request is kept for 12 months from submission. A scheduled process then deletes it. An earlier erasure request is carried out before that date.
5. Data Processors and Third-Party Recipients
Requests are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the EU multi-region (Belgium and the Netherlands), and only authorised BIP staff can view them. The email with the white paper link is sent only to you, through Amazon SES in the Paris region (eu-west-3); no copy of your request is sent to anyone else. The link expires after 7 days. Google and Amazon act as processors; where a processor’s group may access data from outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or rent personal data.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent at dpo@bip-group.com.
7. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You may complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Roma, www.garanteprivacy.it.
